Refund policy
Simple Returns in 3 Steps
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return for a refund.
Step 1: Contact Us
Email info@copdibeauty.com within 14 days of receiving your order to start your return.
Step 2: Send It Back
Your item must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- In original packaging
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase
We'll provide you with our return shipping address and instructions.
Step 3: Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Fees
Return shipping + 5% restocking fee: You're responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us, plus a 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Example: If your original purchase was $50, and return shipping costs $8, you'll receive a $39.5 refund ($50 - $8 shipping - 5% of $50 is a total of $2.5 as the restocking fee).
What Can't Be Returned?
- Used or opened products – For health and safety reasons
- Items without original packaging
- Sale items or gift cards
- Returns requested after 14 days after receiving the item
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos at info@copdibeauty.com. We'll make it right at no cost to you. No fees or shipping charges.
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different product?
Return your original item following the steps above within 14 days of receipt for a refund. You will be charged the return shipping and flat $5 restocking fee.
Then place a new order for what you'd like instead.
